It's the most wonderful student time of the year!

Yes it's finally here. The day every student really looks forward to. No it isn't the start of Freshers, no it isn't Christmas break starting in November and it most certainly isn't the first 9am lecture of the year...

You'd bets be prepared for visual excitement...

IT'S STUDENT LOAN DAY!

I went all out for you there with the largest font, bold and italics. Don't you feel special? Of course.

Anyway, everyone, including myself, has got their first of three student loan instalments today. However, being a second years means a large proportion must be used for rent, and bills, and food, and alcohol. But a cheeky bit of maths and the help from a magical math machine (calculator) I have worked out that, until the next loan, I have a certain amount of money to spend on Subway...and other things, but mainly Subway. Oh and possibly Club I...(secret VHF challenge hack)

So happy days.

Being a student (without using the magical math machine to work out your full debt over 3 years which if you do so makes you cry and possibly die a little inside) is awesome.

In other news Oli managed what was thought to be impossible: http://www.olihaydon.com/page2.htm

And finally, I promised I would use a Dave Eadie inspired pearl of wisdom today. However, not everyone that may read this will know of the legendary tale of Mr Eadie. So my next blog will detail this, for your amusement, and as a dedication to him as a human being.

And finally (again), don't forget to get on the Tube and watch MrRaffle's stuff: http://www.youtube.com/mrraffle

Hope you have a lovely weekend.
